Our initial training program depends on the prior experience of your attendees but typically consists of approximately seven (7) days of classroom and onsite training in New Brunswick, New Jersey,

The initial training must be completed 45 days prior to the opening of your restaurant. There is no training fee for up to 3 people who you choose to bring with you to New Brunswick. You will be responsible for travel, food and living expenses during your training. In addition, two of our representatives will be at your site for up to seven (7) days, in coordination with the opening of your restaurant.

Regardless of your level of your experience in business or the restaurant sector, once you have completed our extensive training program you will feel like you have been in the restaurant sector your entire life!

Yes. We have a preferred vendor program to provide you with all the products that you will need to operate your restaurant. In addition, we will provide guidance with your opening inventory purchase.

Currently, we do not offer any direct financing, but we can recommend some third-party financing options for you. We have arrangements with equipment leasing companies that offer options to individuals with good credit.

Yes! We understand that you may want the flexibility to open multiple locations and have complete control of your territory. You are provided a protected territory as part of your franchise agreement. We can discuss the process for protecting adjacent territories at the time of your franchise closing.

We recommend that you have a minimum of $200,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of $500,000. The initial franchisee fee is $35,000. You will pay ongoing royalties of 6% for gross sales. The marketing fee is 2.5% of monthly gross revenue paid to us and will be used for brand development programs that we choose. You will also pay 1.5% of gross sales into a local marketing fund that will be used in your local community as directed by our marketing team.

We will work directly with you and your local real estate professional to help select the best location available. In general, we are looking for significant community activity, including:

• Nearby Mixed Medical Complexes and Offices
• Population of at Least 150,000 within 3-Mile Radius
• Near College Campus or Military Base
• Close to Schools & Recreational Areas

Ideally, we would like to see you in a space that is approximately 1,500 square feet, with outdoor seating available. Visibility and signage is very important.

Your first location will generally open within 12 months of signing your agreement. That time may be reduced considerably if your location has already been identified.

Yes. We will assist you with all aspects of your opening and we will attend your grand opening. Our marketing program includes a soup to nuts approach. It begins the minute you sign your franchise agreement and continues through your ownership term. Our strategy includes both a social and local implementation which includes digital platforms and a boots-on-the-ground program.

We have an extensive social media policy coupled with best practices. Some storeowners are better equipped than others to monitor and manage their social media presence. We will discuss this at length during training and you will be all setup before you open your restaurant.
