Our initial training program depends on the prior experience of your attendees but typically consists of approximately seven (7) days of classroom and onsite training in New Brunswick, New Jersey,
The initial training must be completed 45 days prior to the opening of your restaurant. There is no training fee for up to 3 people who you choose to bring with you to New Brunswick. You will be responsible for travel, food and living expenses during your training. In addition, two of our representatives will be at your site for up to seven (7) days, in coordination with the opening of your restaurant.
Your training program is intensive and covers front-of-house to back-of-house operations, including:
- Recipes and Food-Prep Procedures
- Quality and Service Standards
- Inventory Procedures
- Equipment and Safety
- Brand Compliance
- Cleaning & Maintenance
- Food Safety
- Sanitation and Health Code Compliance
- Best Hiring Practices
Regardless of your level of your experience in business or the restaurant sector, once you have completed our extensive training program you will feel like you have been in the restaurant sector your entire life!
We will work directly with you and your local real estate professional to help select the best location available. In general, we are looking for significant community activity, including:
- Nearby Mixed Medical Complexes and Offices
- Population of at Least 150,000 within 3-Mile Radius
- Near College Campus or Military Base
- Close to Schools & Recreational Areas
Ideally, we would like to see you in a space that is approximately 1,500 square feet, with outdoor seating available. Visibility and signage is very important.
